Precision machines in our machine shop
Over more than 30 years of activity, our machine shop has been upgraded with high-precision CNC and cam machines, state-of-the-art tools able to guarantee extremely high quality turning and milling. The metal components manufactured by GISMAL can have extremely small diameters and dimensions: For each machining operation, we always start with a 3-meter long bar from Ø 2 minimum to Ø 20mm maximum and go as far as turning them down to 0.40 mm, depending on the drawing provided by the customer. Moreover, the characteristics of our turned small metal parts are completed with the use of top-quality materials: our specialised staff processes brass and its alloys, stainless steel, iron, aluminium, bronze and other highly malleable metals.
Moreover, we count on third-party companies that we have worked with for years for surface processing such as burnishing, nickel-plating, gold-plating, silver-plating and heat treatments.
