Our highly qualified staff follows the entire production process of precision small metal parts: from the development and analysis of the technical drawing provided by the customer to the production of a complete mass-produced product, through to mechanical machining from bar stock, turning, milling and different types of metal surface treatment. Quality control at all stages of the production process, washing and delivery throughout Italy and abroad of the desired turned small parts is one of the stages of the production process at our machine shop.
Thanks to the use of high-precision cam and CNC machines and the use of top-quality material, we guarantee the production of long-lasting, tough and imperfection-free micro parts. We make series of 20,000 to 2 million pieces on cam machines and 50 to 15,000 pieces on CNC machines.

DRAWING MANAGEMENT AND ANALYSIS
Our skilled team receives the drawing of the metal product requested by the client company, checks the completeness of the information and technical specifications provided and analyses its feasibility. In this first step of the production process, material types, dimensions and measurements, machining and possible surface treatments are indicated.
TOLERANCE LIMITS
To ensure the highest dimensional accuracy of each metal component manufactured by CAM or CNC machines with round or hexagonal bars, we fit our products to customer-defined tolerance limits, accurately adhering to the dimensions set by the drawing.
QUOTATIONS
We calculate the quotation for the production of the small metal parts taking into consideration the quantity of parts, material used, dimensions and other parameters specified by the customer. If accepted, we start the mass production of the ordered turned metal parts.
COMPLETE CYCLE PRODUCTION
We begin the mass production of the requested small parts using cam or CNC machines: metal turning from bar stock, milling and final finishing aimed at the manufacture of a quality product with a high level of dimensional accuracy.
SURFACE TREATMENTS
We carry out quality controls at different stages of the production process: for the optimisation of each production cycle, one of our specialised teams is in charge of verifying compliance with the quality standards indicated by current ISO regulations. Moreover, special attention is paid to the reduction of energy consumption and an informed and waste-free use of the raw materials.
FINAL AND INTERMEDIATE QUALITY CONTROLS
We carry out quality controls at different stages of the production process: for the optimisation of each production cycle, one of our specialised teams is in charge of verifying compliance with the quality standards indicated by current ISO regulations. Moreover, special attention is paid to the reduction of energy consumption and an informed and waste-free use of the raw materials.
DELIVERY
The last step in the production process at GISMAL, delivery is carried out and guaranteed throughout Italy with direct delivery to the company at the previously agreed address. Each delivery is accompanied by detailed documentation including dimensional control sheets.
