For the manufacture of high-precision turned small parts and component for measuring instruments, we make use of top-quality materials selected by our skilled team. Specifically, we use 303 (AISI) and 316LS stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze and others according to customer requirements.
The dimensions of the mechanical parts manufactured vary depending on the customer’s request and are decided during a preliminary meeting based on the technical drawings provided.
Our qualified staff receives the design of the metal prototypes requested by the customer and starts production: from turning, milling, final finishing to any surface treatments carried out by third parties (burnishing, gold-plating, nickel-plating etc.) with meticulous quality control at different stages of the process, final washing, further controls and, finally, direct delivery to the company.
With cam machines we are able to guarantee component quantities of between 20,000 and 2 million pieces, while with CNC machines we produce from 50 to 15,000 pieces.
